Organizational Culture of Cooperative Enterprises in Poland: An Empirical Study

Purpose: The main purpose of the article was to determine impact organizational culture on effectiveness management agricultural cooperatives. Cooperative movement is an important element, significantly influencing development rural areas and agriculture. Among scientists practitioners, condition Polish cooperative raises concerns about its future in confrontation with modern agriculture highly developed countries. Design/Methodology/Approach: methods used study include literature analysis critique, participant observation, comparisons, case studies, induction deduction, synthesis. research tool OCAI (Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument) questionnaire by K.S Cameron E.
